Introduction
This document outlines the policies for booking, refunding, and canceling our travel services. Our aim is to ensure clarity and fairness for all our clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
1. Booking Confirmation
- Self-Drive Tours: Bookings are only confirmed upon the payment of a 5% deposit.
- Guided Tours (Inclusive of Food and Accommodation): A 25% deposit is required to confirm bookings.
2. Booking Fee
- Amount: N$89.
- Nature: Non-refundable.
- Purpose: This fee covers the costs associated with preparing contracts, sending emails, and making calls, which are integral to the booking process.
3. Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be canceled at any time.
- Refund Policy: A full refund is available, except for the non-refundable booking fee.
- Refund Period: Refunds will be processed within a period of 60 to 90 days from the date of cancellation.
4. Self-Drive Tours with a Driver
- Driver Fee: For tours requiring a driver, 50% of the driver’s fee must be paid at least 21 days before the start of the trip.
Additional Information
- We highly recommend clients thoroughly review their plans before booking, as the booking fee is non-refundable.
- In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible to expedite the refund process.
- The refund period ensures that we can adequately manage the necessary administrative tasks associated with cancellations.
